There are a total of six red rings to collect in Planet Wisp Act 3. They are located as follows:
-Ring 1: After the first set of moving platforms, you will see the ring above some spikes. Use the Orange Wisp to float up and grab it.
-Ring 2: Shortly after the first ring, you will come to a section with pipes that shoot out fire. The second ring is located above one of these pipes. Use the Green Wisps to boost up and grab it.
-Ring 3: Just after the second ring, you will come to a section with rolling balls. The third ring is located above this section, on a platform that is difficult to reach with a normal jump. Use the Blue Wisps to rocket up and grab it.
-Ring 4: After passing through a short tunnel, you will come to an area with conveyor belts moving in different directions. The fourth ring is located on one of these conveyor belts. Use the Yellow Wisps to dash forward and grab it before it moves out of reach.
-Ring 5: shortly after the fourth ring, you will come across a section with spiked walls that close in on you. The fifth ring is located above this section, on a platform that is only accessible with a double jump. Use the Blue Wisps to rocket up and grab it.

-Be sure to check inside all the tunnels and caverns as well. There are often several Red Rings hidden away inside these areas.
